DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to our team at Tru Beauty by Trevor. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you therefore a $50 deposit for appointments is required. This fee will be applied to your treatment during checkout.  Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without providing enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and patients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. We do understand that schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. All cancellations/rescheduling under 24 hours’ notice  of appointment will be charged their deposit fee. Patients that No Call, No Show will be charged their deposit fee.  

FOLLOW UP POLICY

Follow up appointments are typically scheduled 2-3 weeks after injection. Should a patient need a follow up appointment before the 2–3-week timeframe, please call the office and text pictures to our internal texting line (702) 819 – 7825, and one of our team members will assist you.   

No Refund Policy

Gift Card Policy

All sales of Tru Beauty by Trevor Gift Cards are final. Gift Cards are non-refundable and can be used for any services offered in our practice, regardless of the provider. Thank you for understanding!
