FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is BBL Forever Young, and how is it different from other skin treatments?
BBL Forever Young is a state-of-the-art skin rejuvenation treatment that utilizes BroadBand Light (BBL) technology. Unlike traditional laser treatments, BBL Forever Young penetrates the deeper layers of the skin to increase collagen production and improve overall skin health. This makes it highly effective in reversing the signs of aging and treating various skin conditions.
Can you elaborate on the science behind how BBL Forever Young works?
BBL Forever Young employs a specialized light energy that targets the chromophores in the skin, which are the parts of skin cells responsible for color. This light energy heats the targeted areas, stimulating the skin cells to produce new collagen. This process improves the skin’s elasticity and enhances its texture and tone, resulting in a more youthful appearance.
What specific areas of the body can BBL Forever Young treat? Are there limitations?
BBL Forever Young is highly versatile and can treat several areas, including the face, neck, chest, hands, legs, and body. However, it is not recommended for areas with open wounds or severe skin conditions. Always consult with your qualified Tru Beauty provider to determine if the treatment is a good fit for your specific needs.
Who is the ideal candidate for BBL Forever Young treatment? Are there any restrictions?
The treatment is suitable for men and women of various skin types who wish to enhance their skin’s appearance without the need for invasive surgical procedures. However, it may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions or for those who are pregnant or nursing. A thorough consultation is advised to assess your suitability for the treatment.
When can I expect noticeable results, and are multiple BBL Forever Young sessions required?
Most patients observe visible improvements in their skin within a few weeks following the initial treatment. However, the number of sessions required for optimal results can vary depending on the client’s skin condition and desired outcomes. A personalized Tru Beauty treatment plan will be provided during your consultation.
How long-lasting are the results, and is maintenance required?
The longevity of the results can vary from person to person but generally last for several months. To maintain a youthful appearance and prolong the effects, periodic maintenance treatments are recommended. Your Tru Beauty provider will guide you on the best maintenance schedule based on your specific skin needs.

- CLEANSING: Cleanse the skin two times a day with cool water and a gentle cleanser. Use your hands and fingertips to cleanse using gentle patting motions
- MOISTURIZER: Moisturizer should be applied generously with clean hands over treated area and reapplied whenever your skin feels dry.
- SUNSCREEN: Sunscreen is a MUST and should be used daily beginning the day of treatment and used consistently. Use sunscreen with Broadband UVA and UVB protection and a SPF of at least 30.
